But deep within, something ancient stirred —
a whisper from the Earth, a pulse in my heart, a calling from the Moon.
It was the wild, the untamed force of feminine wisdom… rising.
That whisper became a path. That path became SELFATICA.
Born from my own healing journey through yoga, ceremony, Ayurveda, and the sacred remembrance of womanhood,
